Custom Wedding Stationery


Investment

Pricing for custom stationery begins at $14 a suite for a 5" by 7" invitation, RSVP card, 3.5" by 5" enclosure card and envelopes digitally printed on premium cotton paper. Upgrades are available at an additional cost such as hand torn edges, decorative corners, return address printing, guest address printing, double sided designs, envelope liners, belly bands and custom map design.


TIMING

The turn around time depends on how many pieces you are ordering and the amount of revisions we go through. I recommend all custom
clients to start 6-10 months in advance of their wedding date.


The Custom PROCESS

STEP 1 • CONNECT
After your initial inquiry I will be in contact with you via email within 3 days. At this time I will also send you a detailed questionnaire to fill out so I can learn more about what you are looking for and get a sense of your style! After you fill it out we will schedule a call to review your vision and any questions you may have.

STEP 2 • BOOK
After our call you will receive an estimate within 5 days. After reviewing the estimate and going over any questions you may have I require a 50% deposit to book as well as a signed contract.

STEP 3 • WEDDING BRAND DESIGN (If applicable)
Next comes the fun part! After the booking process is complete, I will begin the design process. I will first start with a mood board and color palette to make sure we are on the same page. Once that is approved I will move onto the logo design phase where I will present 3
variations to choose from. After 1 is chosen I will start to build upon that look with fonts, monogram design, and any other design elements. Once those are all approved I will present you with a final brand board. This step usually takes 2-3 weeks.

STEP 4 • WEDDING STATIONERY DESIGN
Now it’s on to the wedding stationery. First I start with some rough sketches to see which direction you’d like to move in. Then after that is decided I move onto the design of the invitation (or save the date depending on what is needed) and once that is approved the other pieces will follow. For each piece you have 3 rounds of revisions that are included in the price. This step usually takes 2-3 weeks depending on the amount of pieces and revisions.

STEP 5 • PRINT
After all pieces have been designed I will send a digital proof for you to look over and approve electronically as well as a final invoice. Once all the pieces are approved and the final balance is payed I will send them out to be printed. Printing times vary but are usually between 2-4 weeks.

STEP 6 • SHIP
After I receive the pieces from the printer I will look over them for quality control and then mail them out to you!
